Lifetime Financial Planning

Our Lifetime Financial Planning Service comprises five initial stages.

Firstly, we need to establish your current financial position, i.e. get down to the ‘Hard Facts’. You will be provided with a checklist, confirming what we need in order to establish your current financial position. With your permission, we will write to any existing product providers to ascertain the key details.

Understanding your goals and objectives is the second stage of the process. This is where we really get to know you and understand ‘what makes you tick’. For clients opting for the Lifetime Financial Planning Service, we will also help you to establish whether your plans and objectives are consistent with your life goals.

We then analyse your current position and determine the most appropriate strategy for achieving your long-term plans, objectives and life goals. This will often include the provision of a lifetime cashflow forecast and we invest in extremely powerful software in order to 'bring your goals to life'. We can also model numerous 'what if?' scenarios too, therefore enabling you to understand alternative options. If we identify shortfalls, they will be quantified and we will detail the most appropriate options and solutions to rectify those shortfalls in relation to your goals and attitude to risk.

Having discussed the analysis with you and agreed your priorities and the potential solutions, we will then formally document our advice in a written report. Supported by The Openwork Partnership, Paragon takes complete responsibility for our advice.

The final initial stage is to ensure that all products and services are implemented appropriately and in a timely manner. Again, Paragon takes full responsibility for this role, adding further peace of mind.
